Made the time-honored way on Phu Quoc Island, our fish sauce is aged for a full year using California-caught anchovies and sea salt from Vung Tau, then carefully blended to capture the deep, familiar flavors we grew up with. Founded by Vietnamese-Americans with a dream to bring a high-quality, affordable fish sauce to market, Dear Mam is more than just a pantry staple—it’s a way for us to share our community’s love language through food, one dish at a time.
